Accelerating Economic Prosperity
Countries can leapfrog High-Speed Rail and move directly to the VacTrain® Technology.
It will benefit their population, economy and environment better than any other transportation system.
Railways and Roads would continue to serve the public as they do today (Freight, Urban and Regional traffic, etc.).
Switzerland
The SwissMetro-NG Project (NG = New Generation) is based on our VacTrain® technology and has been voted into Law by Parliamentary Decision 17.3262. The aim is to connect the Swiss urban centres with a system which reflects our modern time and age, whilst preserving the beautiful Swiss Landscapes and historic Cities. Possible networks will allow the country to maintain its so-called distributed urban structure with its large urban centres (Geneva, Bern, Zurich, Basel) and numerous smaller cities and villages in the culturally and linguistically diverse Cantons and Regions. A realisation of the network in small steps is possible. A first Pilot track from Zurich to Bern is estimated at around CHF 2 Billion (see www.swissmetro-ng.org).
Europe
The urban centres (Rome, Milano, Naples, London, Manchester, Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Amsterdam, Berlin, Cologne, Hamburg, Munich, Prague, Vienna, Warsaw, Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon, etc. etc.) are too far apart for Highways and Railways. Aviation accounts for a large part of the Traffic and CO2 Emissions. Only a VacTrain® can offer the speeds, capacity, comfort and safety needed to acquire a significant market share. It is necessary if we want to resolve the Climate Crisis without limiting the speed and comfort to which we have become accustomed. Because of the beautiful Landscapes and Cities, many of which are UNESCO world heritage sites, future transportation infrastructure must be built underground. There is no alternative to the VacTrain®.
USA, Canada, India, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, GCC and other Countries
VacTrain® deployments are expected in Countries requiring new high-performance, high capacity intercity and transcontinental transportation systems for the benefit of their population and economic prosperity, and moreover as a means to reduce their CO2 Emissions. They can build their VacTrain® Networks analogue SwissMetro-NG in Switzerland. The Swiss Transportation Research Institute and its partner Companies will be preparing to supply the technology, licences and key components.
